Refund policy on preorders:
In the event that a customer wants to cancel their pre-order for the new Wellness Pro Infinity device, the Company shall only issue a refund of the deposit after the commencement of shipping of the product to customers due to the fact that funds collected from pre-orders are directly tied to the current production of the product.
